Recreational Gymnastics

For boys and girls aged 4 and up!


Our Recreational programme is ideal for all school aged children wanting to learn a variety of gymnastics skills in a safe, friendly and fun environment


Sessions are led by our qualified coaches and gymnasts will engage in different activities and using our full-size floor, vault, bars and beams


Stage 1 Girls Class Times

No previous experience needed
  • Tuesday 4:30-5:30
  • Tuesday 5:30-6:30
  • Wednesday 5:00-6:00
  • Wednesday 6:00-7:00
  • Friday 5:00-6:00
  • Friday 6:00-7:00
  • Saturday 9:45-10:45
  • Saturday 10:45-11:45
  • Saturday 11:45-12:45

Stage 2 Girls Class Times

Ideal for those who have previous experience and would like to work towards competing - Invitation only
  • Monday 4:30-6:30
  • Wednesday 17:00-19:00
  • Thursday 16:30-18:30
  • Thursday 17:00-19:00
  • Saturday 10:45-12:45
  • Saturday 13:00-15:00

Stage 1 Boys Class Times

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate boys aged 2013+

  • Monday 4:30-5:30
  • Friday 6:00-7:00
