I understand that fees need to be paid on the 1st or 15th of the month and will amend my standing order accordingly
If my child chooses to stop attending and I do not cancel my standing order, I understand that the payments made to the club after they leave will not be refunded to me after 14 days
I understand that 4 weeks notice is needed to cancel my child’s place at the club
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my child’s sessions and competitions are paid for in a timely manner and understand that non-payment may result in changes to my child’s sessions or entry to competitions
I acknowledge that not paying fees will result in loss of place at the club
